America has two Laws: One for the average American and another for Hillary (and any other social elites like her).
So let me get this straight, the FBI slaps Hillary on the hand and says ‘Bad Girl’, but you’re free to go now and run for President. Right.
And the guardian goes on to say, ‘Critically, the FBI said that other similar cases in which a prosecution had been sought involved evidence of “wilful or intentional” breaches of the rules, “vast quantities” of data or “indications of disloyalty or efforts to obstruct justice”. “We do not see that here,” they said.
Clinton has always insisted that no classified emails were sent or received using her private account, although some were later reclassified by intelligence officials when the state department began publishing some of the traffic in a transparency exercise.
Nonetheless the detail of the FBI’s investigation revealed that of the 30,000 emails returned to the state department, 110 emails in 52 chains were determined to contain classified information at the time they were sent. Eight of those chains contained information that was top secret at the time, 36 chains contained secret information at the time, and eight contained confidential information, the lowest level of classification, he said. So on the one hand, Clinton said all along no classified emails were sent or received using her private account but the FBI finds a significant number of emails were in fact top secret? Have I missed something folks? Yet the FBI says no rules were broken? Dah.
Yet several thousand work related emails were not among those returned to the government and appeared to have been deleted. Dah again. No obstruction of justice here. So a little slap on the hands and we won’t do that again will we? No, no, no says Hillary not at least until I get to be President.
There certainly appears to be two laws in America, one where the average American who pulled this kind of stunt would end up in Guantanamo Bay and the other where social elites like Hilary are sent to the White House.
